Jason resides in Gunter, TX, with his wife, Heather and their kids. Jason’s love of the great outdoors doesn’t end with his chosen profession. When Jason isn’t overseeing the many aspects of daily operations of Weisz Selection’s business, you will find him at his family’s ranch — hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his kids. When not at the ranch, Jason can be seen at his children’s various activities and at his wife’s reining competitions, showing his support for his family as their “number one fan.” He and his family also enjoy and regularly attend their church, Rock Creek Church, formerly known as, COC Metro. Jason thoroughly enjoys the design aspect of his business, especially creating unique designs that transform the ordinary backyard into an extraordinary space that draws property owners outdoors.

Quality Control Inspector & Bid Manager

Ron joined the team in 2008. He resides with his wife in Celina, TX.. When Ron isn’t busy making sure we are providing the quality services we are known for, he enjoys traveling, watching classic western movies and visiting with friends & neighbors. Ron also pastors a local Baptist church in McKinney, TX. Since Ron is a “people-person,” he looks forward to meeting new clients and establishing lasting business relationships.

Customer Service & Office Manager

Lisa joined the team in 2010. She resides with her husband and two children in Lowry Crossing, TX. Lisa is a former teacher of 13 years as well as a former business owner. She enjoys spending time with her family and can occasionally be found performing special music with her family at her church. She also enjoys reading, traveling and researching genealogy. Her philosophy as a former business owner, which has carried over into her current position, is that a superior level of customer service is what sets us apart from similar companies. “We strive to treat our customers the way that we would want to be treated,” Lisa says. Therefore, interacting with the customers is a favorite part of her employment.

Heather joined the team in 2012 and is Jason’s wife. Her hobbies include spending time with family, hiking, swimming, skiing, as well as breeding, raising and showing the family’s reining horses. Heather will tell you she thoroughly enjoys working “behind the scenes,” designing creative & effective advertising that aligns with our company’s goals.

As the Assistant Office Manager, Heather oftentimes assists Lisa in providing customer service, so if you don’t recognize Lisa’s familiar voice, Heather is probably “holding down the fort.”

Brian Zuckerman

Outdoor Living/Pool Construction Project Manager

Brian Zuckerman has joined the team at Weisz Selection as Lead Project Manager. An experienced project manager with more than 25 years in the construction industry, Brian brings the technical expertise and the leadership ability to efficiently complete complex swimming pool projects. In this same role over the past 12 years, Brian established a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations by managing all aspects of the construction process. During this time, he proudly transformed the dreams of his customers, from conception – – planned out and represented on blueprints – – to creating the reality of their backyard oasis. Prior to building custom swimming pools, Brian honed his attention to detail, for 10 years, while he painted and added the finishing touches on remodeled, luxurious, up-scale homes. 

With a desire to help others, along with his innate design ability, he assisted both contractors and DIY enthusiasts turn their vision into fruition by offering his painting and renovation knowledge to an international paint retailer where, for 5 years, he managed several local store locations. Working in this fast-paced environment servicing both commercial and residential customers, he sharpened his managerial skills, interpersonal skills, leadership ability and time management prowess. Through decades of experience in the construction industry working in both the “Big Box” environment and the “Mom and Pop” environment, Brian found that he enjoys the “one-on-one” time spent with customers, and the resultant superior customer satisfaction provided, by working with a smaller, family-owned company like Weisz Selection.
Brian’s goal is to construct the best and most beautiful projects possible that are within scope and on budget. Brian works closely with his customers throughout the build process keeping them informed and involved in various stages so that each project has the customers’ “own personal touch.”
Adhering to his core value that “the customer is the priority,” he makes the build process an easy process by helping each customer understand the entire construction project from start to finish. Using this “hands-on” method, coupled with a positive attitude, ensures that all facets of the construction project are successfully achieved, including industry and company quality standards, permitting, code compliance and inspections, sourcing materials, risk management, and resource allocation while keeping a preemptive focus on timetables (or benchmarks) and deadlines. Brian has the experience, aptitude and capability to achieve dreams that withstand the test of time.
