Geometric Designs
Geometric shaped pools or sometimes called Modern/Formal Pools are currently all the rage. As a custom pool company, our design team expertly utilizes existing yard space and differences in elevations to create an innovative, one-of-a-kind straight line pool to rival the trendiest of pool designers. Freeform Designs
Freeform pools consist of custom curves to create a freer flowing shape, often creating a natural, organic style pool. Available yard space and existing elevation is perfectly utilized by our pool builders with this shape of pool. This type of pool has been cherished for decades by property owners across Texas for its soothing sounds and ability to blend in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, especially when incorporating features like boulder waterfalls, grotto waterslides, and landscape planter beds.
Infinity-Negative Edge Design
Worthy of having a category of its own is the Infinity Pool or otherwise known as Negative Edge Pool, even though it can be incorporated into either a Geometric or Freeform shaped pool. They are one of the best ways to take advantage of a property’s existing beautiful scenic view and large elevation changes. Negative edges are optical illusions where the edge of the pool is unseen so the water seems to drop off into infinity. Lakeside and beachside properties offer an even more amazing illusion where it seems as if the pool is a part of the lake or ocean even though there may be several hundred feet between the two. The infinity edge is often surrounded by other features like fire bowls to emphasize its dramatic effect even further. Infinity pools are excellent at incorporating and highlighting the beautiful view for which you originally bought the property.
