Mr. Weisz, So often people are quick to notify companies about poor service. Being a former manager within a service industry, I believe in notifying companies when excellent service is being provided and appreciated. Unfortunately excellent service isn’t as prevalent as it once was. The service I received from Weisz Selection’s Irrigation Crew was excellent! My home was scheduled as the last call of a long, hot day. Your Irrigation Crew arrived and went right to work. The Crew Supervisor, Fernando, was professional and cheerful – and – was able to answer all my questions during the irrigation system check. We are extremely pleased with the landscaping job of our backyard pool area that your company completed last week. We found Weisz Selection to live up to their reputation. Jason has a great ability to visualize how the project should look when completed and then effectively communicate with his on-site crew to get it accomplished. His crew was very professional and courteous. They were very hard working and neat, as they cleaned the area surrounding the construction site every night before they left. We talked to numerous landscapers and your insight completed the “cottage style” landscaping we were trying to achieve. The knowledge you had about plants gave us a large variation of plants that are for the most part drought tolerant and native to this area. Since we own a pool construction company we are familiar with the face that many times you can only be as good as the employees you hire. The crew that was assigned to our home for three days was a step above what we normally see in this industry. They were professional, courteous, respectful of our property and our privacy, and easy to communicate with. There was never any trash left at our home at the end of the day. We were in and out at different times each day and they always worked diligently and methodically. We also like the fact that they wore uniforms and their vehicles were clean and well maintained. You and your employees are a great team and take great pride in the final product. Eventually Jason would start mowing other yards and soon his business grew and he was having to hire people to do all the yards that he was doing. Out of this was born Weisz Selections, a lawn and landscaping company. Now every week Jason will be sending some of his guys to care for the yard here at St. Luke’s as a way of giving back to the church for all the blessings he has received in his life because of the faith that was formed in this congregation. The St. Luke’s Yardbirds will now be able to focus on some special projects that they have wanted to accomplish for some time. We owe them a big debt of gratitude as well, for their hard work over the years in keeping our facility in tip top shape. Being a resurrection people we are called to share generously from the abundance that God has blessed each of us with in our lifetimes. Jason is just one of many generous members of St. Luke’s and I just want to say thank you to him and to all the members of St. Luke’s who give so generously of their resources. May we all continue to experience and serve the resurrected Christ in our lives.

The project was completed within the timeframe promised and we now have a paradise feeling like a resort at our home in Prosper, Texas. The team assigned to this was professional, answered all of our questions along the way and took care of this as if it were their own property. The owner, Jason spent his valuable time every day they worked checking and double checking to insure everything went the way it was planned. He, personally watched the project, which gave us confidence even when everything was in motion and under construction. It could have been distressing for us but even when results were not going as planned he called in additional workers to stay on schedule. At one time he had four crews all working in harmony. He and his team did whatever he could to make us happy. It’s amazing and we are so happy with the results we would welcome any of your customers to use us as a reference. Thanks again for this outstanding transformation of a plain backyard into a colorful exciting landscape.

Weisz Selection did an outstanding job for us. They built a bathhouse/sauna/wet bar/storage house/entertainment area, and it not only functions as designed, but it was built well and is beautiful too. Weisz Selections understood what we wanted from the start of the project and they incorporated items that you simply can’t buy at the local hardware store. They 100 yr old barn wood, and an old military barracks style bathroom sink, and had doors and cabinets custom build from antique materials that give our outdoor area an impossible-to-duplicate, unique feel. Absolutely thrilled with their work. Service was great. One of the custom made doors swelled after installation- They came out and fixed it, no questions asked, even after the final check was paid many months ago. I was worried about service after the sale, but they seem intent to please, even though their contractual obligations were completed many months ago. Only negative: our project was behind schedule, almost from the beginning, but I wouldn’t necessarily blame that on Weisz Selections, as we also built a pool at the same time, and that project contained the deck pour, which was delayed because of problems with our pool contractor.
I contacted Jason with Weisz Selection regarding my sprinkler system, which was 13 years old and needed some updating and repair. Over the years we had expanded some flower beds and moved others, so the sprinkler heads were in the wrong place now, and needed to be moved. Jason responded to my online request, that I filled out over the weekend and came out to talk to me the very next Monday morning ! After we talked, he sent out his crew the next day and they went thru every single zone (16 total) and every single sprinkler head. They checked each individual head for, operation then for direction and then for coverage and either adjusted, moved or replaced if needed. I was very happy with the job that Weisz Selection did, there knowledge and attention to detail was Like a breath of fresh air, it always makes you feel good when a company takes the time to do a job the way you would do it yourself if you had the knowledge and know how. Jason, thank you and your crew, you guys did a great job !
We worked with Weisz Selection on a very large backyard/outdoor renovation project, this included constructing a 20’ × 20’ covered outdoor living space with full fireplace, grill, bar, large roof and concrete patio addition to our existing home. We also had a custom cedar storage unit built to exact specifications to fit our space. The quality of work and craftsmanship was top notch. We found the owner Jason Weisz to be very reliable/trustworthy and the quality of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would also choose Weisz Selection again. Jason Weisz Landscaping built a beautiful pavilion for us. They were professional and took into consideration all our requests, budget and time. Project was finished on time and they were always quick to answer all our questions on design and costs. Whenever we had a question on adding or changing the design and/or materials that would incur additional costs, Jason was able to offer an alternate option that would save us money and he was also able to tell us on the spot what the additional cost would be, if there was any, so not to surprise us later. We are enjoying our pavilion and receive compliments constantly on the design and structure. Thank you Jason and staff!
Jason did a complete backyard renovation for us with covered patio and landscape. It has turned out beautifully. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. He was very patient with us in the design process and accommodating our needs while being mindful of our budget. Individual subcontractors did impressive work and were always professional and courteous.

We’ve had some bad experiences with landscapers not following through in the past and really felt that Jason would deliver on his promises. We hired Jason to complete the landscaping in our front and backyard. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job. Jason is professional and is great at communicating. If you have a question for him or several questions like we did, he is quick to respond via text or by phone call which is greatly appreciated. He exceeded our expectations on the trees that we installed. I was expecting much smaller trees, but to my surprise, he brought bigger trees at no additional cost. We will use Weisz Selection Lawn & Landscape Services again for our future landscape needs.

We worked with Weisz Selection on a sizable backyard project, constructing a 20’ × 20’ covered outdoor living space with fireplace, grill, fridge, sink, flat griddle, and landscaping the backyard. I found the owner Jason Weisz to be completely trustworthy, and the quality of their work was excellent.
Great overall experience. We have done a lot of remodeling and were surprised by how hard and how diligent these people worked to get this patio addition done. They are true craftsman and the quality overall exceeded our expectations!
I would highly recommend Jason and his company. They did a fantastic job on our landscape pool design! Jason has been so helpful along the way on getting this project complete. We visited the nursery together so that I could show him what I liked as far as plants and color options. He is easy to reach via text when I have questions, regarding care for the new plants. His company also built our outdoor covered stucture. We spend so many evenings enjoying our outdoor area. The palms that he chose are the feature item around the pool and we continue to get tons of compliments!
We had a pool installed last fall and Jason Weisz did all of the landscaping. He is very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations. He worked within our budget and built a “low maintenance” landscape design to meet our 101 level gardening skills. Once he understood our budget and preferences, he took us to a nursery and recommended plants and flowers that bloom at different times of the year. He even came back in the spring after the brutal winter and replaced 4-5 plants that didn’t survive. We interviewed several landscapers and none came close to the level of service and knowledge that Jason provided. I’d definitely recommend him for any level of landscaping.
Last fall, we contracted with Weisz Selection to complete a total transformation of our back yard. The project scope included: an extensive travertine patio, a free-standing linear gas fire feature, multiple new flower beds, installation of seven large trees, landscape lighting, a new irrigation system, re-configuration of the center swale to allow for better drainage, and extensive new sod. Jason did an outstanding job of presenting different design options that met our budget, and then customizing and refining to meet our vision. He had great ideas for the plan as well as incorporating our requests. He was professional, available to answer our questions, and very thorough with his follow-up. The extreme wet weather of last year was a challenge that extended the project timeline, but Jason and his crew did everything possible to ensure completion of the project. Lisa Pierce, Customer Service Manager, was always available to answer any questions that we had and was very efficient in following up on special requests, preparing contract addendums, and facilitating payment schedules. She is very friendly and a delight to work with. Ron Hathcoat did a great job of overseeing the project from a quality perspective and making sure that we were satisfied along the way. We are extremely pleased with the end result and enjoy spending time in our new backyard – every time we see it, we remark on a what a difference the landscaping project has made. We cannot say enough great things about the quality of the plants, materials, and overall project execution by Weisz Selection.
We used Jason to build our dream pool and landscape! We can’t thank him enough for being easy to work with and after 2 years he still checks in with me! You simply cannot ask for a better person to work with and someone you can depend on. Regarding our yard, our budget was $15k, although we did add 2 extra palms. The palms he uses that he hand picked for us are amazing! I get kudos and compliments from everyone that has seen them. Neighbors are envious. Quite simply the best yard I’ve seen between dream pool and gorgeous landscape by Weisz Selection! We feel like we are walking into a tropical paradise in our back yard, a permanent oasis! It’s special to us because it’s like having a vacation in your back yard, relaxing, beauty, stress free, and colors abound! I know a lot of people want to do a little here and there, but I disagree. Because Jason was able to oversee and design our sprinklers into an integrated design to make the maintenance easy. It’s one thing to have great service. It’s another to have beautiful oasis when planted. But years later the watering schedules and attention to detail has kept our plants growing into a tropical rainforest! So every year, gets better and better! Plants were picked well and designed to last and that’s important to me. We wanted to spend the money one time, take care of it with easy watering schedules and tips, and watch it grow and get more and more beautiful! Mission accomplished! Can’t thank Jason enough for what he has done to our yard! We are the envy of the neighborhood and the palms he uses are easy to maintain and gorgeous!
We hired Jason Weisz and Weisz Selection to build a covered outdoor patio with a grill island and a builtin Big Green Egg. The quality of the build is very high. We are very pleased with the work performed by Jason and his crews and offer our highest recommendation.
Jason and his company did a moderate sized project for us in Commerce TX this Spring of 2016. Our new porch and landscaping turned out beautiful, and we are loving the new area and yard. Jason saved us! Our pool build came to a hault when the original arbor design was not working out. Our project had many challenges due to our roof line and small area to work with around the pool design which included a sun deck. His consult impressed us immensely and we knew instantly he was the one to build solutions. I can’t express enough how much we love the end results. This design far exceeded our expectations, and the quality of work is outstanding. We know now that it was meant to be and will definitely be recommending his work for many years to come. We were lucky enough to find Jason and Weisz Selection after a very difficult, lengthy pool construction situation. Our experience with our pool contractor made us wary of how things would go with the rest of the project. Jason really set our minds at ease by doing exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it! So simple, yet something our pool contractor couldn’t do over 6 months of construction! He came in, met with us about what we were looking for, and came with great ideas when we were clueless about what we wanted. When work started, it went so fast! He told me it would be only a few days, and even with some weather delays, it was! I couldn’t believe how efficient they were! My backyard is a paradise and though the pool is a centerpiece, it’s the perfection of the landscape that really makes it the special place it is and that is all due to Jason’s diligent and professional work. I recommend him in a heartbeat for anything.

We chose Weisz Landscaping after much deliberation on how to best get our ideal oasis. We needed to update our outdoor living space so, of course, were faced with the challenge of how to make the space best suit our lifestyle. The Weisz team listened to us, worked through a few designs and helped us achieve a few ‘must haves’ that we wanted. The team was easy to work with and we got our most perfect outdoor area. It is our most favorite part of our home and we use the areas daily. The serene atmosphere helps us to relax at day’s end but it can also be a very lively place on a Sunday with friends watching The Cowboys play. One of my favorite features is the automatic screens-perfect for our Texas summers to keep out mosquitoes. My husband’s favorite is the outdoor kitchen-which has everything he needs to cook up a great meal-all while enjoying the beautiful view. This area has made us feel like we have a new home. The Weisz team made all of that happen for us.

Jason and his team exceeded expectations in every phase, from the initial consultation to the final execution. Jason is an outstanding listener. We met at our house, which wasn’t even finished yet, and discussed some broad outlines of what we had in mind. Jason asked great questions and provided his expertise to guide us through the conversation. The next step was for Jason to draft his vision and then we met him at the nursery to see the actual plants he envisioned for our project. Since we are not expert gardeners by any means, this was extremely valuable for us. He again listened closely as we expressed what we did and didn’t like (color, size, required maintenance, etc.) as we toured the nursery. We then left all the details in Jason’s more than capable hands and he delivered an amazing backyard to us. Everything from the color choices to the placement of the plants was done under his close and careful supervision and it turned out to be spectacular. We could not be happier with the project and we will come back to Jason for any future projects we may have.
